Brdr. Madsen Asnæs Maskinfabrik
Madsen Brothers Machine Shop in Asnæs.
Founded 1 July 1894 by brothers M. O. Madsen & K. K. Madsen.  Owned by N. P. Larsen from 1934.
The Madsen brothers created and marketed automated (grain) threshing machines, as well as hay presses and balers, under the brand name "Asnæs".
Asnæs refers to the place where the company was founded. Asnæs and Røsnæs are two peninsulae extending from the western part of Sjælland into the Kattegat. The are between them is the Kallundborg Fjord.
The company maintained a business office in København.
